Are your products Authentic?

Absolutely. All our products are 100% authentic and imported directly from official brand stores in Japan and Korea.
We do not sell fake, replica, or leftover items.

What are the delivery charges for orders?

We charge a flat delivery rate of Rs.250 across Pakistan.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city or location.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders below Rs.10,000.
Please note that Balochistan, Gilgit Baltistan, villages/remote areas, universities, colleges, hostels, offices, and hospitals require full advance payment via bank transfer.

 

How can I confirm my order?
  • For Bank Transfer Orders:
    Full advance payment is required to confirm your order.
    Bank details will be included in your invoice email after checkout.
    Please complete the payment within 12 hours and send your payment receipt along with your order number to our WhatsApp at 0346-3038302 for confirmation.

  • For COD Orders:
    Please contact us on WhatsApp (0346-3038302) to confirm your order.
    Complete verification of your shipping address and contact number is required before dispatch.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. An email invoice is automatically sent after placing your order.
You can also view your order details anytime by logging into your account or visiting our Order Tracking page.

Will you restock items marked as “Out of Stock”?

Yes, we frequently restock our best-selling products.
New stock usually arrives once a month, and pre-orders are also available for certain items that are temporarily unavailable.

CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Please contact us on WhatsApp for assistance.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Can i change my order or shipping details?

Yes, you can request changes to your order or shipping details before the order has been shipped.
Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible for assistance.

What happens if I refuse to accept a COD parcel?

If a customer refuses to accept a COD parcel upon delivery, they will lose access to the COD option for future orders.
Subsequent orders will only be processed with full advance payment via bank transfer, and double shipping charges will apply for next order.

What happens if my order is returned after a failed delivery attempt?

It is the customer’s responsibility to track and receive their parcel during the delivery attempt.
If an order is returned due to consignee unavailability or other similar reasons, future orders will require full advance payment, and double shipping charges will apply for rebooking or next order.

What if my order is lost in transit?

We take full responsibility for lost parcels.
In the rare event this occurs, we will issue a refund once confirmed with the courier that the parcel is indeed lost.
Please note that this verification process may take some time.

What if I receive a damaged product or if an item is missing from my order?

Please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy here for detailed information and guidance.
Kindly note that an unboxing (opening) video of the parcel is mandatory as proof for any claim related to damage, missing or incorrect items. Without a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the seal is opened, such claims cannot be processed.
