What is your delivery Method/courier partner?
Standard delivery is available through 3rd party courier services
What is the expected delivery timeline?
1~3 working days for Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar and Lahore,
3~5 working days to all other cities depending upon the shipping address.

Do you ship to village/rural area address?
Yes, delivery is available all over Pakistan. However, Partial advance payment will be required to process order. Door to door delivery is often not available in villages, therefore such orders will be booked on TCS office address for "self collection"'. Additional Rs.100/- will be charged for shipping to some rural area address.
What payment method are available?
We offer Direct Bank transfer. Partial Payment of minimum Rs.1000/- is required to process order under Rs.10,000/-. Remaining amount can be paid on Cash on delivery.
Why Full Cash on Delivery is not offered?
To provide the best quality services, to process orders quickly and to avoid fake orders and returns, we only offer partial bank transfer payment option
What are your shipping charges?
Add product(s) to cart, fill in address and click on update to see the shipping charges.
Can I get Discount?
Discounts and promotions will be applied/available on our website. Please check it out. Kindly refrain from contacting our Team for bargaining etc.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, order can be cancelled as long as it's not shipped. However, please note that we book order only after receiving confirmation through sms or Whatsapp. If you confirm an order and later on request for cancellation when booking is already done, then you will only be offered bank transfer as payment option for next order.

If your order is in the shipping process then cancellation is not possible. If you refuse to accept order upon delivery attempt then you will be charged double delivery fee and bank transfer as payment option for next order.

Are your products Authentic?
Yes, all the products listed on our website are 100% authentic imported directly from Japan and Korea. We do not source from third party retail sites. For product authenticity, you can check customers' reviews on our website and also on our instagram account "Reviews" Highlights.

Can I change my Shipping Address/Contact number after my order is placed?
Yes. Shipping address or contact number can be changed before we book & dispatch your order. Kindly contact us immediately on Whatsapp or Email us.
Can I change/update my Order?
Yes, you can change or update an order as long as it's not booked and dispatched. Order cannot be changed once it's packed and in the process of shipping. You can contact us on Whatsapp to change/update order.

My Parcel is returned, can I get the same order back?
Yes, we can send the same order back. However, please note that courier charge us for shipping fee whether an order is delivered or returned back. Therefore, an additional shipping fee will be added to your existing order amount. If you want a refund instead, then the refund will be issued excluding the shipping charges incurred (shipping fee is non-refundable for returned parcels)
