Ready Stock Return & Replacement Policy:
Returns & replacement policy only applicable to our ready-stock/in-stock products. It is NOT applicable to Pre-orders.
Following conditions must be met to be eligible for our Return & Replacement offer:
- Returns & replacement policy is only applicable if the received items are either damaged or wrong order is delivered.
- To avoid fraudulent activities, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an unboxing video as proof for damaged/wrongly delivered items.
- Claims must be raised within 24hours of the delivery date. Any claim raised after 24 hours of the delivery date will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed / unopened / un-used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Customer will pay the return delivery charges.
- Replacement will be issued against claims that are sent back to our warehouse within 5 days of delivery date.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
- It’s customer’s responsibility to send back the items properly packed to avoid any further delivery damages.
Refund Policy:
- We only offer Replacement of the same product. In case that product is out of stock then we will refund the product price.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If free shipping promotion was applied on an order and product is returned, the shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount.
Returned Due to refused/change of mind/Consignee not available/Address issue etc:
- Customer will be responsible for returned parcels due to incomplete address, not available at the time of delivery or any other similar reason. All returned parcels will incur double shipping fee for re-booking and full payment through bank transfer will be required.
- If free shipping promotion was applied on an order and product is returned, then double shipping fee will be added to order total amount for re-booking.
